How We Work

Four steps. One team the whole way.

Every project follows the same careful process. No shortcuts, no handoffs, no surprises.

01

Consultation

Mark visits your home. He walks the space, takes measurements, and asks questions most contractors skip: how you move through the room, where the light falls, what frustrates you about the current layout. This is not a sales call. It is a working session where we figure out if we are the right fit for your project.

Typical consultations last 60 to 90 minutes. Mark will give you an honest assessment of scope, timeline, and rough budget range before he leaves.

02

Design & Selection

Margaret takes the lead. She does not hand you a binder and ask you to choose. She visits tile houses, stone yards, and hardware showrooms, in person, for your project specifically. She brings back options that fit your style, your space, and your budget. You see and touch everything before we order a single item.

This phase typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. Margaret coordinates all material sourcing so nothing holds up the build schedule.

03

Construction

Our crew handles demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, tile, countertops, and finishing. One team, every trade, no subcontractors. Mark is on site regularly. Margaret manages the schedule and keeps you informed. If something changes, you hear about it from us, not from a stranger.

Most projects are completed in 4 to 6 weeks. We tell you upfront what is realistic and we honor the timeline.

04

Final Walkthrough

Mark and Margaret walk every inch with you. We go through every cabinet, every drawer, every fixture. If something is not right, we fix it before we call the project complete. Then we clean up. Completely. You come home to a finished space, not a construction zone.

We do not consider a project done until you are satisfied. That is the advantage of working with owners who are personally invested in the outcome.

It starts with a conversation.

Schedule a consultation and Mark will visit your home. No obligation, no pressure, just an honest look at what is possible.
