Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the following information:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Project type (kitchen, bathroom, or both)
• Project description (optional)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your consultation request and to schedule a visit to your home. Your contact information is sent to our team via Resend, a transactional email service.

We share your contact form submission with our third-party marketing agency, Vandoko, to help us follow up on your inquiry and improve our services. Vandoko receives the same information you submit through the contact form.

Analytics and Advertising

We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-THNZ7FZL) to load two Google products on our site:

• Google Analytics 4 — collects anonymous usage data such as page views, session duration, and device type so we can understand how visitors use the site.
• Google Ads conversion tracking — when you submit our contact form and reach the thank-you page, we fire an event named schedule_consultation to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The event carries no personal information (no name, email, or phone number); only the fact that a consultation request was completed is shared with Google.

Both products are gated by your cookie consent choice (see below). If you decline analytics or marketing cookies, Google Consent Mode prevents Google from storing identifying information about your visit. See our Cookie Policy for the full cookie list.

Cookie Consent

On your first visit, a cookie banner asks you to accept, reject, or customize three categories of cookies: Strictly Necessary (always on), Analytics (Google Analytics 4), and Marketing (Google Ads). Your choice is stored in a c15t-* cookie and respected on subsequent visits. You can change your mind at any time by clearing that cookie in your browser, which makes the banner reappear.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties or share it with data brokers. Your information is only shared with the service providers described above (Resend for email delivery and Vandoko for marketing support) and with Google through Analytics and Ads when you grant consent.

Data Retention and Deletion
