Walk-In Shower Bathroom Remodel
Transitional bathroom with walk-in shower
One in-house crew remodeling East Greenbush kitchens and bathrooms — design through final walkthrough, no subcontractors.
Much of the housing stock in East Greenbush went up in the 1970s — around 45 years ago. These homes have good bones, but their builder-grade kitchens and baths have reached the age where a real renovation pays off in both daily use and resale.

East Greenbush is a suburban town in the southern part of Rensselaer County, developed primarily from the 1970s through the 1990s as families sought the combination of good schools and reasonable commute distance from Albany. The housing stock is predominantly colonials and raised ranches on quarter-acre lots — well-maintained homes in established neighborhoods where the original kitchen is showing its age. These are exactly the renovation projects we know well: builder-grade cabinetry that was functional when new, laminate counters that have done honest service, and homeowners who have lived in their home long enough to know precisely what they want to change. The layout challenge in East Greenbush colonials is often the wall between the kitchen and dining room — a wall that made sense in 1985 and that owners now want removed to open the space. We have taken out that wall, or variations on it, dozens of times.
Colonial kitchen open-concept renovations, raised ranch kitchen replacements, builder-grade bathroom overhauls, island additions, and custom cabinetry in suburban developments.
