Dark Wood Bathroom Remodel
Transitional bathroom with dual vanities
One in-house crew remodeling Malta kitchens and bathrooms — design through final walkthrough, no subcontractors.
Much of the housing stock in Malta went up in the 1980s — around 35 years ago. These homes have good bones, but their builder-grade kitchens and baths have reached the age where a real renovation pays off in both daily use and resale.

Malta has grown quickly over the past two decades, driven largely by GlobalFoundries and the commercial development along Route 9. That growth brought a wave of new construction — colonials, garrison-style homes, and planned developments — alongside the older farmhouses and rural properties that predate the expansion. We work in both. The newer homes in Malta tend toward open-concept projects: removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room, upgrading cabinetry, adding an island. The older properties are more varied — a 1960s ranch that needs its galley kitchen opened up, or a converted farmhouse where the kitchen has been cobbled together over fifty years and is finally ready for a cohesive design.
Open-concept kitchen expansions in newer colonials, island additions, farmhouse kitchen renovations, and bathroom remodels in both new construction and older rural homes.
